TOON GOONS ART GC - GENERAL SERVICE AGREEMENT & TERMS OF SERVICE
This GENERAL SERVICE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into on, by and between:
1. Services to be performed
The Client engages the Contractor to provide live caricature drawing or other agreed-upon art services for the scheduled event. Any additional services must be mutually agreed to in writing.
2. Compensation
The Client agrees to pay the Contractor the total amount as outlined in the previous quote section.
This total includes applicable taxes and is equal to: $Loading...  CAD.
3. Outdoor events
If the event is outdoors, the Client agrees to provide adequate protection from sun, rain, and wind for the duration of the event. Lack of such provisions may result in early termination of services without refund.
4. Event setup requirements
For traditional caricature events (pen on paper):
The Client agrees to provide a minimum of three (3) chairs per artist scheduled to draw at the event: one for the artist and two for the guest being drawn. Failure to meet said requirements may affect the quality or feasibility of service delivery.
For digital caricature events (digitally drawn caricatures):
The Client agrees to provide a minimum of three (3) chairs per artist scheduled to draw at the event, access to a nearby power supply, and a table to set up equipment and draw on. Failure to meet said requirements may affect the quality or feasibility of service delivery.
4. Long event breaks
For bookings over 4 consecutive hours, the Client agrees to provide the artist(s) with one paid 15-minute break.
5. Terms of payment
An invoice will be provided prior to the event. The Client agrees to pay the full amount within seven (7) days of service completion.
Late Payment Penalty: A fee of $100 CAD per week will be added for each week (or part thereof) that the balance remains unpaid beyond 7 days.

6. Cancellation policy
If the Client cancels within 7 days of the scheduled event, a $50 CAD cancellation fee will apply.
This event may be canceled no later than a week before Loading...
7. Modifications
To request changes to the event date, time, or location, email toongoonsart@gmail.com. Please note: changes may affect availability and pricing.
8. Term & Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until: The Contractor has completed all agreed-upon services, and The Client has fully paid the balance.
9. Entire agreement
This Agreement contains the full understanding between both parties. Changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
10. Signatures & Acceptance
By signing below, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms set out in this Agreement.
