Our primary goal is for you to walk away with a smile and a drawing you love. If you recently visited one of our retail locations and are unhappy with your caricature, we make the refund process quick and easy.

If you just purchased your drawing and are still near our booth...

Free Tweaks: If something feels a bit off, let your artist know while you are still in the chair. They will gladly make quick adjustments on the spot to get it right.

On-the-Spot Refunds: If you are ultimately not satisfied with the artwork, inform our artist or booth manager before leaving. Simply leave the original drawing with us, and we will issue a 100% full refund immediately.

If you have already left our retail stand and wish to request a refund, please fill out the form below within 7 days. Once you submit your request, our team will review the details and refund your transaction via Square. You will receive a full refund to the payment method that you used to make the purchase.
