Professional Face Painting for Parties, Festivals & Corporate Events
live, custom fashion illustrations!
Art That Brings Your Event to Life!
Whether you’re planning a birthday party, community festival, or corporate family day, our professional face painting service brings color, fun, and smiles to guests of all ages across Toronto and the GTA.
Your guests' safety is our top priority. We adhere to standard industry hygiene protocols:
No Craft Paints: We never use craft paint or acrylics - only FDA-compliant cosmetic makeup.
Sanitizer Protocols: Brushes are sanitized between uses, and sponges are never reused on another guest before thorough laundering and disinfection.
Skin Health: For safety reasons, we cannot paint over open cuts, cold sores, pink eye, or active skin rashes. (We offer fun temporary tattoo or sticker alternatives for guests with sensitive skin constraints!)
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
When you book face painting with us, we bring a complete, stress-free setup directly to your venue. Every booking includes:

100% Skin-Safe Materials: FDA-compliant, hypoallergenic, cosmetic-grade paints and cosmetic glitters that wash off easily with mild soap and water.
Strict Hygiene Standards: Fresh sponges for every guest, sanitized brushes, and strict anti-cross-contamination protocols.
Custom Design Menu: A curated design board matched to your event theme (superheroes, animals, floral crowns, fast cheek art, and more).
High-Volume Speed Options: Fast, high-impact designs tailored to keep lines moving quickly at large events.
Full Liability Coverage: Fully insured for private, corporate, and public venue requirements.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
To ensure the best experience for your guests and a smooth setup, we kindly ask for the following:
• A well-lit, level area (indoors or under cover/shade).
• Access to clean water.
• 15–20 minutes before/after for setup and teardown.
We'll cover the rest! This information will also be included in your quote.
We regularly service Toronto (Downtown, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke) as well as the broader GTA (Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, and Oakville). Events outside our core service radius may incur a flat travel fee.
What kind of paint do you use, and is it safe for sensitive skin?
We exclusively use FDA-compliant, cosmetic-grade, hypoallergenic face makeup. Our paints are non-toxic, and designed specifically for skin. We never use craft paint or acrylics.
How do we remove the face paint at the end of the day?
Our paints are water-activated and remove easily! Simply use warm water, a soft washcloth, and mild soap or baby shampoo. For stubborn dark pigments (like dark blues or blacks), a drop of micellar water, baby oil, or coconut oil on a cotton pad works instantly.
How many faces can one artist paint in an hour?
It depends on the detail! For private birthday parties, we average 10–12 full-face or half-face designs per hour. For high-volume public events or community fairs, we switch to our speed menu to paint 18–20 quick cheek and eye accents per hour to keep lines moving fast.
What are your health and sanitization standards?
We follow strict hygiene protocols:
One sponge per child: Sponges are never reused on a second person without being thoroughly washed and sanitized.
Clean brushes & water: Brushes are rinsed and disinfected between clients using cosmetic-grade brush sanitizer.
Safety exclusions: For health safety, we cannot paint over open cuts, cold sores, active eczema, or skin infections. We offer fun temporary tattoo or sticker alternatives instead!
Are you insured for venues, schools, and corporate spaces?
Yes! We carry $2,000,000 Commercial General Liability Insurance. If your venue, school board (like TDSB/TCDSB), or corporate site requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming them as an additional insured, we can provide this upon booking request.
What do you require the host to provide on the day of the event?
Very little! We bring our own high director's chair, professional paint kit, and visual design board. All we ask from the host is:
A flat, level space (approx. 5x5 ft)
A well-lit indoor area or a fully covered/shaded outdoor space
Access to clean water to refill our brush cups
What happens if our event is outdoors and it rains or gets too hot?
Paints react to humidity, extreme heat, and moisture. For outdoor events, a completely shaded, covered area (like a tent, gazebo, or porch) is required to protect guests and materials from direct sun and rain. In extreme weather, we ask that setup be moved indoors.
Can you paint very young toddlers?
For safety and comfort, we generally recommend face painting for children ages 3 and up. Toddlers under 3 often struggle to sit still, which can pose a safety risk near the eyes. For little ones, we are happy to do a small design on their arm or hand with parental approval!
How far in advance should I book, and what is your deposit policy?
Weekends during spring and summer fill up quickly! We recommend booking 3 to 6 weeks in advance. Dates are secured upon receipt of a signed booking agreement, with the remaining balance due on or before the day of the event.
